This is a brief history of RainboWorks Design. It is the brainchild of Scott Hagler and Bill Andrews, two guys who are partners not only in business but in life as well. We are dedicated to networking and uniting the GLBT community, whether it be through commercial, social, or even political means. |

Scott brings over 30 years of graphic design skills to the company. He manages his own design company, Hagler Design & Marketing. Scott excels in website design and is more than proficient in the HTML language. |

Bill brings over 30 years of art background to the company, and a large network of GLBT sources and contacts. He currently helps manage two MSN group sites for the gay and lesbian community in and around the Four Corners area. |
